Annual Tweed Run confirmed

Jolly good. It's all on.

The now annual GBC tweed Run is officially confirmed for April 24th.

That's a saturday, so a start time of 2.35pm.

Route to be confirmed but likely mission bay to town and back.

With a rin quin quin along the way. Horray.

Tweed essential.

Absolutely superb. My forest green long woolen socks, maroon knitted tie and dashing tweed jacket, all purchased especially for the cancelled spring run, will now get an airing. And did I mention the dsahing cheese cutter that I bought while recently in Venice?!

Late April temperatures should give Pete plenty of scope for his fashion flare to run wild.

I think he has a tweed cape of some description planned.

Also photo's from last years ride here if your interested...

Perish the thought,..." Pete's fashion flair ( or lack thereof) running wild,".....goodness me the possibilities are limitless,....the " Fashion Police" have been alerted and the public should be warned.

Can I put this ride out to the Frocks again or is this a private affair. Would love to have another go at doing this together - we really enjoyed our Tweed attempt last year!
